[pct-l] oregon coast trail.

I know this is the PCT-L, not the OCT-L...

but since there was a couple posts about the OCT, I
wanted to ask folks that know about it a few
questions:

What's the weather like there in July and August?
Sunshine, chances of rain, overcast?

Is there an official guide to the trail (like the two
volume CA Coastal Trail books) or is it just the "120
Hikes along the Coast" book?

Any considerations to think about for thru-hiking the
whole thing? River crossings, camping, water,
resupply?

Any thoughts appreciated!
