[pct-l] VVR Resupply information in PCT Handbook

One way to help offset costs at VVR, Muir Ranch and Red Meadows etc is to go 
in with one or two partners and put your food in one container.  This 
obviously works best when know you'll reaching the destination on the same day.

We did this several times on the CDT where resupply fees were in the $20-25 
range.  It worked out great, especially since the boxes were addressed with my 
name on them!
