[pct-l] frogg toggs and O2 Rainwear

One thing to remember is that when you are hiking, you sweat inside your 
rain gear. If it is humid and cool on the outside, you will get 
condensation on the inside, so it will APPEAR that the rain gear is 
leaking, when in reality it is not. The test is to stop exercising, and see 
if you dry out inside your rain gear.

I think this would probably explain why the Frogg Toggs would appear to not 
leak in a hard  California rain (usually a thunderstorm cloudburst in 
relatively warm dry air,) but seem to leak in the prolonged cold drizzle in 
Oregon and Washington.
