Fish Creek hot springs, aka Iva Bell hot springs, are shown on Guidebook map
H17, and the trail past them is the alternate described on Guidebook page
326.  Unlike the text description, the junction of the PCT and Cascade
Valley/Fish Creek trail wasn't hard to spot; in 2004 it had well-weathered,
long-standing trail signs.  The sign for the trail down Cascade valley read
'Fish Creek', not Cascade Valley.  At its north end, the Fish Creek trail
joins the Rainbow Falls trail (map H18).

I can't recall if your list includes the hot springs near Muir Trail ranch
(Map H13, page 322).  However, crossing the San Joaquin River to get to the
springs could be dangerous in most seasons.
