I have not heard any problems related to altitude and Lasik. In the
initial screening process, they check to make sure your cornea is
thick enough to undergo the surgery and still have plenty left.
Everything I've read points to there be no problem with having Lasik
and going up in altitude.
There were problems with RK patients who went up very high in altitude
shortly after having their surgery, however, but RK goes much deeper
into the cornea than Lasik does.
