The Whitney Portal Store website www.whitneyportalstore.com has a message
board with lots of current conditions for the Whitney routes, including many
links to photos. The snow does not look too bad although there are a few
snow crossings.

There was no snow at Tuolumne Meadows last weekend, and only a few patches
along the road over Tioga Pass. Higher up the mountains looked like it still
had a fair amount of snow though.
