[pct-l] What churches are near the PCT?

I would like to know what churches are near the PCT. Is there a list of churches specifically near the PCT? Any denomination will do. If there is a list I would like to get it. Or,  just suggest any churches you know.

If you are suggesting any, the following format in part or complete will do:
Church name, Denomination, Location, Telephone number, Contact person, aproximate distance from the PCT.
