your hard core Bob, But like I said I do know what I am doing,and in my case I had to lance it,it woke me up swelling up my hand with pain ,I did the proceedure,and in 30 minutes ,the pain stoped and I went to sleep and in the am,I woke up and no swelling ,I once stitched myself in the woods,and went to the doctors when I got back and it turned out OK,   the "Bulltaco"
