Or they could really run interference here and make this thing really work. 
Or given that this electronic device probably mimicks the sound of a 100 lb 
male mosquito, it would scare away everything. Reminds me of a reeeeely bad 
sci fi pic I saw about huge eagle-sized mosquitoes sucking all the 
god-fearing town folk bone dry of blood
