Repels the biting females within a 15 foot radius by mimicking the sound of 
a male mosquito. Solar powered no less. Can you imagine one male having this 
effect on a dense swarm of females? Well, I've seen humans do worse in bars, 
but something tells me the designers have never seen the mosquitoes in the 
Sierra or much worse, Alaska. Good for a joke anyway...
