[pct-l] Cold Feet and Hands

Good evening, Laura,

If you have Raynaud's I suggest you read:

A Blistered Kind of Love: One Couple's Trial by Trail
by Angela W Ballard

ISBN: 0898869021 Subtitle: One Couple's Trial by Trail Publisher:
Mountaineers Books Subject: -Subject: Pacific Coast Trail Edition Number:
1st ed. Publication Date: September 2003 Pages: 272
http://www.mountaineersbooks.org/client/client_pages/mtn_events.cfm

If I recall correctly Angela experienced this same problem during her PCT
hike. Even if I don't recall correctly, this is a very interesting and
entertaining book about the PCT. The last I heard, she worked for the PCTA.
Maybe she still does.
