I only have five:
Read aloud humorous books.  Laugh a lot.
Lay in your all screen tent and watch the alpenglow, the stars coming 
out, the bats flying.
Drink a combo of hot chocolate, decaf and rum.
Get laid.
Get more sleep than usual, catching up from those short nights before 
the next workday.
