[pct-l] What do use to carry your 2 gallons per day of water inthedesert?



I agree with Judson it is how much you drink. Walking from Jack Fair's
place to the Acqueduct refill spot (which I think I heard closed) and
a few miles beyond in one day I drank 14 L and there were others I
hiked with that only had 3-4 L all day.

I went with 2 4L MSR dromedaries all the way from Border to Kennedy
and then I switched to two gatorade bottles for the rest of the trip
and I only had about half a litre from most of the Sierra cause - why
carry when you can just stop and drink so often?
