Fwd: [pct-l] plantar fasciitis experiences

I have plantar Fascitis in both feet. The first time it only took 3 acupuncture
treatments. After the third tx I walked away feeling NO pain. Then 2 years
later it happened in the other foot and my therapist was gone. Instead of
going to another acupuncturist I tried Western medicine since all I had to do
was talk to the foot surgeon as he did surgery(I work in the operating room).
After 6 months of injury and Western med not helping my therapist came back
into town and cured it in six treatments (it had become more messed up as time
went on).

> In stepping up conditioning for an upcoming Ashland - Mt. Hood PCT hike, I've
managed to
moderately aggravate my plantar fasciitis from two years ago. A couple of days
of rest,
stretching, and ice have helped, but of course I'm thinking ahead for the
possibility it
may get really aggravated on the trail.

w/this condition,
methods used, etc? I obviously don't want to give up on months of planning,
dehydrating,
training, dreaming, and so forth over this.
