There are several post offices in Yosemite with the same zip code.  You should specify "Tuolumne Meadows" if you want to pick up a package there rather than at the main post office in Yosemite Valley. If the Tuolumne office hasn't opened for the season (but I'm sure it will be this year), all mail stays at the valley.
