[pct-l] mailing labels



I just want you to understand that unopened priority boxes can be forwarded
free of charge. BUT that means you don't leave the post office window with
them. If you take them back to a counter to "process" your packages and then
return to the post office window you may find yourself paying the postage to
forward your package. (It depends on how lenient the clerk feels at that
time.)
