[pct-l] Removable mailing labels

We've used these before. They are only marginally removable. Very
secure, but you can still get them off with a little effort.

I'd be wary of a removable mailing label.  If it's easy for you to pick
it 
off, then I'd think it would be easy for it to come off accidentally
during 
shipping.
