[pct-l] Nasty Bull at Eagel Rock

The problem with the bull came from a hiker with the nickname Bloody Stick.
Sorry, I can't remember his real name. Anyway, I've pulled the comment.

I hiked the couple miles between the two Hwy 79 crossings a few years ago
and had a bull watch me very intently. At one point he made a move to head
towards me, and I detoured off the trail on higher ground to give him and
his harem their space.

I think it's a great spot to take a group, and I've heard of others using it
as for training hikes as well.
