[pct-l] VVR Resupply information in PCT Handbook

Regarding Crater Lake: one year I was there, the store was well supplied and
I thought a resupply would be easy; but, the next time I couldn't have made
it. However, they did have a great hiker box that had enough to last a long
time. But, who wants to count on that. So, I would send myself a box to the
Mazama Campground Store (by UPS) - they are very well organized. Don't send
it to the Post Office - not easy to get to and the hours are short.
