[pct-l] mail

I am having a problem sending mail to the pct-1 mailing list-
when I send a message  it gets bounced back indicating  "Ignoring non text/plain MIME parts". I am recieving all the mail from the list------

my computer can read both MIME and text--I have reviewed all settings and they seem to be fine
can you help me????

I recieved a e-mail from  pct bounce with a help list for commands   and  info is not helpful-
