I have taken all three.  The JMT goes to Thousand Island Lake, etc. and is 
the most scenic of the three, by far.  The trail up the river goes along the 
canyon and climbs up to Thousand Island Lake over glaciated slopes.  The PCT 
curves along the slopes of Two Teats and offeres decent views and easier hiking 
than the JMT.
