[pct-l] socks

I used to wear thicker socks..  But lately I've just been wearing 1 pair of
the WalMart nylon socks (as mentioned by Vic Hanson, 3 pair for about $2.75)
for most temps 35 and up.  They dry in a flash, and for the cost, you get
quite a bit of use for your money..  On colder days I've put on two pair of
these, and I've not had trouble keeping my feet warm.  In camp I'll wear
thicket socks, but while hiking, I don't need anything thick.

If I was wearing my boots, I'd probably use thick socks..  But using my
Brooks Adrenaline running shoes, I've used these thin nylon socks, and I
love em...

They come in white, tan, and black I think (maybe navy as well)
