[pct-l] Late JMT start?

Hi everyone,

I just heard from my hiking partner (and love of my life) that he is
thinking about accepting work that would mean that he would have to work
June, July and August. He says he is determined to hike the JMT this year,
and I hope he means it. But he would prefer to "have his cake and eat it
too"... So I am wondering what your thoughts are about hiking the JMT in
September? Would it still be possible or would snows start to fall by then?
