The guy is a total creep.  
 
As a female hiker, I listened to him make all kinds of inappropriate jokes and comments to women.  Women who came after me were told to go into his kitchen and prepare food while the men worked on the fence.
 
Several "jokes" were made about cameras in the shower to watch the women, and he told one woman's husband on the phone that he had her in the shower and was having a lot of fun with her. 
 
I stayed for part of the day to wait for some hiker friends, and the creepiness continued and intensified.  I got the impression that this guy has so much money, he thinks he can say whatever he wants to people.
 
I left feeling disgusted and sorry I had visited the place.  I wished I had left earlier, and felt that going there in the first place was a big mistake.  I had been hoping for, and I guess expecting, a place similar to the Saufley's and Casa de Luna.  
 
I would avoid this place in the future, and try to hitch or walk to the store to get water.
