[pct-l] Yosemite snow info wanted

The Tioga Road is due to open on June 6th or 7th.  The road has already been
completely plowed - just waiting for avalanche zones to be declared OK. Snow
melt is apparently later than any year since 1998 - but only about two weeks
behind last year, based on info from the Tuolomne winter rangers.
