[pct-l] New Policy on Adventure Pass for old timers

We stopped at Mill Creek Ranger station (Mentone) to buy a new Adventure
pass on Saturday.  We have a Golden Age Pass, so in the past we have
paid half price for a pass.  This time they just gave us a plastic
holder and told us to hang the Golden Age Pass on the rear view mirror.
So we don't have to buy them anymore.  Nice deal for us, anyway.
