[pct-l] Yosemite snow info wanted

We are starting a 55 day trek in Tuolumne Meadows on July 5.
Does anyone know a source of reliable info on:
1.  the date Tioga Road will open this year
2.  trail conditions (especially snow on trail) in Yosemite backcountry
Website or phone number preferably
This matters to us because llamas can't wear crampons or use an ice axe.
