[pct-l] Mailing Gigapower cannisters and white gas?

I concur that UPS Ground is reliable and fine to use. However, USPS Parcel
Post is not always as reliable to all resupply points on the PCT. Packages
normally do get there (sometimes after you leave), but the timing is
variable and there have been some reports of theft. Maybe that has been
eliminated since 2000 when I heard those reports. Priority Mail always
arrives quickly without any problems. I would add at least 2 weeks for
Parcel Post and pray.
