[pct-l] phone cards

We use this phone card on the trail and like it. We have even turned off
long distance service on our home phone and use this instead. One slight
glitch - you cannot recharge the phone card from a pay phone. We either have
a trusted friend recharge the card or ask a retail place if we can use their
phone to call an 800 number. Most will let us use the phone, but not all.
