There are two in Oregon that will be wet and CAN be hazardous. The first is=
 Russell Creek, just south of Mt Jefferson where you start the climb to Jef=
ferson Park. The other is north of Mt Hood  between Ramona Falls and Lolo P=
ass.

I found that AQUASOCKS work very well for stream crossings, make excellent =
camp shoes as well, and can be hiked in if necessary, albeit slowly. KMart =
and Fred Meyer stores carry them. About $20 and 10 oz.
