[pct-l] water caches

Don't know much about it myself, but ran across the remains of a cache =
south of Tahquitz in F section.
It was what was left of one of those store bought two gallon jugs down =
in some rocks half a dozen yards off the trail. Sunlight had turned the =
plastic brittle where it was exposed and the top had fallen in on =
itself.
My casual observation was that UV does a number on those jugs, so keep =
them covered if you're not going to use them for a while.
