[pct-l] PCT GuideBook revisions - online???? or where?

Hi,
I have a received a request from a PCT2002 hiker... He wants a copy of the PCT GuideBook
revisions..  He mentioned that he So Cal revisons had been posted to this list and he has those
but he wants the remaining revisions for the rest of the trail.   any suggestions????  i would buy
the CA book and copy the revisions & send them to him but it seems that the CA book is sold out...
