[pct-l] San Jacinto campsites

I am hoping to go over Mt San Jacinto from north to south after ADZ if
Fuller Ridge reports feasible.     I am thinking of camping in the vicinity
of Black Mountain Road, in a motel in Idyllwild, and near Cedar Spring.
I would appreciate any current info on the water situation at Black 
Mountain Group Campground and Cedar Spring... or recommendations
for hiker-tolerant lodging and dining in Idyllwild.
