[pct-l] PCT 2000 Completions

I took the data that Fallingwater used to update the PCTA web page with
completion data.  I worked on it in early December, but have had other
commitments for the last month (in Hawaii).

I would like anyone who thru-hiked the PCT to send me their start and
completion dates so I can include them in the table I am putting together.

FYI  We got a Christmas Card from "H" with Monument 78. It was dated
9/30/00.  Uphill Wanderer also told me that Madam Butterfly, Improv, Ethan
Bellamy, and Aussie Crawl  finished on 10/26/00.
