Question - does walking through streams and slushy snow in running shoes
> lead to bad problems with wet and cold feet?
Jim,
My feet were never really cold, but traveling through Washington in the snow
and rain, I do not think they dried out for the entire time.
If you visit a friend when you get near Portland, don't borrow your buddies
shoes while you are there!!!!! I did and right after I left, I learned why
my feet were itching. I brought Athletes foot with me and my friend has not
forgiven me to this day!!
I was not taking my shoes off enough during the day to let them air out, and
at least dry for a couple of minutes. Even if they do not dry out
completely, your feet will thank you for the attention.
