[pct-l] PCTA - Annual Meeting Conference Schedule



Since this was requested by a couple of people. Here's the schedule. A
better looking and more complete version can be found on the PCTA website.
In addition the website 
contains links to the Forestry Center and Mallory Hotel. So you can print
out a map
and not get lost.

9 a.m. - Welcome

	Introductions - Bernie Smith, chairman, Host Committee 
	David Foscue, PCTA President 
	Steve Queen, chair of the Mt. Hood PCTA Chapter 

9:15 - 10:15 a.m. 

	Panel discussion on the condition and maintenance 
	of the PCT. Will there be a trail for you? For the 
	next generation? 
	
	Facilitator: Jackie Diedrich. 
	Panelists: Bob Nida, PCTA Vice President; 
	Reuben Rajala, PCTA Director of Trail Operations; 
	Della Webb, Willamete NF Trails Coordinator.

	Panel discussion with audience participation 
	on volunteer opportunities and resources - 
	what do agencies need, and what can PCTA offer?

3:30 - 4:30 p.m. - Formal Annual Business Meeting of the PCTA 

6:30 p.m. - Annual Awards Banquet* - The Crystal Room, Mallory Hotel 

	Camaraderie and to celebrate and honor volunteers and 
	friends President Dave Foscue will star in the Master 
	of Ceremonies role. Bob Ballou will plan and orchestrate 
	the banquet agenda.

	  PCTA at (916) 349-2109. Cost is $35 per person, 
	  with two menu choices: prime rib or salmon.
