RE: [pct-l] PCT Sect: C, D

Are these only available to people who buy the topo.com cd?  The web site
says that their cd is required:
http://www.topo.com/trails/sandiego/PCTsecA.html  Almost everyone has an
imaging program that can be used to view nearly any type of format with the
probably exception of the TPO extension of these images.  Do I need to fork
out $39+  to view these images?
