[pct-l] Intro & Sleeping Bags

Hi. I'm planning on a thruhike this coming season. I've been following the
list for sometime, gathering information. I have only started the planning.
I live outside Portland, OR. I've done a lot of backpacking (nothing on
this scale, yet.) and am beginning to learn mountaineering and rock
climbing.

Sleeping Bags: I tend to sleep hot, so I am looking for a good system that
will cover a wide range of temperatures. Possibly a vapor barrier combined
with a light down bag. Has anyone used the Feathered Friends Swallow? The
North Face Blue Kazoo also seems pretty good. Any other suggestions?

Looking forward to learning a lot (and some hiking)
 -Rob
