[pct-l] The stump state!

>Welcome to Washington, the stump state!!!! As a life time resident of Wash.,
>I can tell you, our forest here are a sham. ( as is the forest service )
>When someone brings up the name Gifford Pinchot, I see red. These guys (
>forest service G.P. ) have raped South West Washington and couldn't manage

You forgot that they also hunt you down with K-9 dogs and arrest you while
trying to photograph an old-growth logging site too! On top of that, you
don't get your film and videotapes back for a year...long after the trees
have been cut. These trees are valuable because of the large beams that
can be made, what a load.....pulp pulp pulp. Your newspaper isn't 100%
recycled.

Please don't use that evil word "clearcut", it is bad PR, please use
"evenly harvested forests" from now on. (I've actually seen this term used)

>the road to the base of Mt. Adams to improve your off-driving skills and see
>your tax dollars at work!!!! ( joking ) The forest service claims they have

Personally, I wish there was less of a road to Mt. Adams, then it would cut
down on the number of people in the backcountry. Less roads in general
would be nice.
