[pct-l] Shipping propane

Hi all!

I'm not sure if anyone is using propane canisters for fuel (I am),
but I found out that the US Postal service will mail them but they have to
go parcel post (ground) and they can't be in containers larger than 19 fl.
oz. and no more than 28 fl. oz. in one package.  Kind of restrictive so you
might check with your local PO beforehand.
