[pct-l] Boots with wide toe box

One Sport (now Montrail) boots built with the "classic" last have a wide
toe box.  The TRS Comp is low cut, and the Morraine is a high top.  They
may be using a different last for the Morraines now.  If you can use a
low cut, the TRS Comp seems like a good choice for the PCT.  It is almost
as light as a trail running shoe but feels like a boot.
