[pct-l] Tent color question

This may be a minor matter, but what are the opinions out there on light vs
dark colored tents.

My pros and cons look like this:

Light colored will not get so awfully hot when set up when the sun is still
up.
(But, how much of a difference does this really end up being?  Most of the
time it'll be dark when in use.  And does the light/dark difference really
make much of a difference?)

Dark colored tents will keep the glare of the moon from making my body feel
like it's time to wake up.  (I have a hard time sleeping when it's very light
out).  (Then again, I can always sleep with my head inside my sleeping bag.)

Question:  Will dark colored tents be damaged more by the sun's UV rays?  Or
will they both equally, since they'd both be exposed equally?  Anyone out
there know?
