[pct-l] Pasta Sauces

	> Anyone have some good ideas for sprucing up pasta on the trail?

Here's my recipe for "Trail Pasta Alfredo":

1)	Boil your pasta. I use angel hair spaghetti because of low cooking
times (boil water, add pasta, shutdown stove, cover, wait 2 minutes). Shoot for
about 3/4 to 1 cup of water left in pot with pasta (depends on how much pasta
you're cooking, if you leave more water, use more of ingredients below).
2)	Add 2 to 3 Tbls powdered milk. I like MilkMan powdered milk, it has
'some' fat left in it. Mix.
3)	Add 2 Tbls Velveeta, and 2 Tbls Parmesan. Mix.
4)	If too soupy, add more cheese and powdered milk. If too thick (should
not be as thick as the cheese in Mac 'n Cheese), add water.
5)	Season to taste, salt, pepper, oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, etc.
6)	Sprinkle Parmesan over top.

Try it, it's not your typical Mac 'n Cheese.
