[pct-l] Song's in your head

After struggling for several hours each and every morning through the
Sierra's with my BIG heavy pack, inevitably I would hear Jimmy Buffett's
song "Cheeseburger in Paradise."  If I didn't stop to eat soon
thereafter, I would inevitably bonk (road cyclist term equivalent to the
runner hitting the wall).  After several days of this pattern, I would
stop to eat soon after that tune started through my head.  It worked for
me.
