[pct-l] PCT through-hike

Seriously considering a thru-hike starting May 2,1999, at the South end.
Never hiked longer than 1 week on the Appalachian Trail. Any and all
suggestions, advice, warnings, recommendations, constructive criticism
and such is welcomed. I have not yet found a partner(s). Looking forward
to your comments and to the hike. frank
