[pct-l] fwd: the theory of dirt bike destruction

Got this in the mail today. 

The guy even issued a death threat. 
He has a free yahoo e-mail account so there is little chance of tracking
him down.
Anyone have any ideas on what sort of action, if any should be taken on this?
