Sounds to me like this individual is merely trying to get a rise out of us.
Why provoke further ignorant action from an otherwise thoroughly ignorant
person?  There's no reasoning with someone who, superificially, has their
bases covered, ie ATV damaged is eclipsed by (irrelevant) poor camping
practices by hikers - and - "the govennment" is doing more damage than
either hikers or ATV'rs, blah, blah, blah.  Maybe objectivity will come along
and slap this rascal in the face for us.
