Need help re: resupply points in question.

Is Elk Lake a valid resupply point this year?
Hyatt Lake resort?
Echo Lake?

Also will Kennedy Meadows be open by the first or second week in June??

One more thing - Is there a possibility that snowshoes or crampons could be
needed this year south of Tehachapi?  I'm planning to leave Campo on April
20.
