[pct-l] Archiving temporarily suspended

Hi All,

	I've had to disable archiving of our mailing lists here temporarily 
to invent a better solution.  The archive program,  MHonarc is 
getting a little too resource intensive for my liking, and can't split 
the archiving into more managable monthly groups. I'll try to get something
back on as quickly as possible.   Sorry for the interruption!
