[pct-l] SOAP Note For Trail Use



Ah so,  went back and looked again. The information is on other 
spreadsheet tabs.
Once again I overlooked the less obvious.

Good info, but seems that I couldn't provide it all. However better to 
do what I can than to record nothing.
